We organized a Leadership Practices program for an international electronic company in Tonglu, Zhejiang Province. By exciting activities, such as mountain bike riding, floating, camping, feedback from each other and a systematic explanation of LPI model, participants have enhanced their team leadership ability and had a better understanding of their strength and weakness.
