During the period of annual performance appraisal, a famous pharmaceutical manufacturing company received our Culture Cascading course, when the company wanted to reclaim its core competencies for employees from all levels.  Through carefully designed learning activities and group discussions, participants were taught the core competencies required in all sectors of the company.
